I designed and built a custom ERP system in Airtable for b.cycle, consolidating dozens of tools and processes into one connected platform. The ERP covered every aspect of the business, including:

• Project Management: A fully-fledged project tracker for internal initiatives.

• HR & People Ops: Hiring, onboarding, raise management, evaluations, and newsletter tracking.

• Events Management: Centralized event planning and execution tracking.

• Documentation & Knowledge Base: FAQ + internal documentation hub, replacing standalone apps.

• Password Management: Airtable base serving as a secure replacement for external password apps.

• Customer Tracking: Unified client database showing all requests, tickets, and interactions.

• Operations & Ticketing: Studio issues, bike issues, and other tickets logged and tracked to resolution.

• Classes & Instructors: Private class management, instructor ratings aggregated from ZingFit + Google Reviews, and an instructor portal.

• Subs Portal: Automated substitute instructor system with a point-based workflow to manage requests and fairness.

• Finance: Expense management base with approval and tracking features.

The ERP connected employees, instructors, and leadership in one environment, eliminating silos and scattered tools. Tasks that previously required multiple apps or manual coordination were automated within Airtable and surfaced in dashboards.
