I was responsible for managing a 9-month corporate dissolution and merger project, a critical initiative following a restructuring decision. The project required navigating complex legal frameworks, ensuring all financial and operational data was properly consolidated, and coordinating multiple departments including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
I developed and maintained a detailed project roadmap, held regular stakeholder workshops, and set up a clear communication structure to keep leadership aligned. The focus was not only on compliance but also on minimizing disruption to ongoing business operations.
