02 PROJECT DETAILS

After a major acquisition, Excelitas needed to transfer and modernize its HR operations. I led the effort to document, map, and standardize 90+ HR processes, many of which were inconsistent or undocumented.

Out of these, 40 manual workflows were automated, reducing administrative burden and freeing HR staff for higher-value work. To further improve service delivery, I implemented a new HR ticketing system capable of handling ~2,000 tickets annually. This system gave employees direct access to HR support while ensuring issues were tracked, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

The transformation supported 800+ employees globally, resulting in a measurable increase in responsiveness, transparency, and employee satisfaction with HR services.
