02 PROJECT DETAILS

Gestion R&R, a real estate management company overseeing 100+ buildings and 1,500 apartments, needed a modern ERP to replace inefficient Excel files and paper-based processes. I designed and built a fully fledged ERP in Airtable, customized for real estate operations, and integrated it with multiple systems.

The platform is used daily by 30+ employees and 40+ agents, and tenants interact directly through synced rental listings, online forms, and applications. The ERP covers every critical area of real estate management, including:

  • Applications & Leasing: Automated tracking of ~500 tenant applications annually, with workflows for approvals, rejections, and lease creation.

  • Lease Management: Automated lease renewals, rent schedules, and payment tracking.

  • Maintenance & Renovations: Processing ~2,000 work orders per year, including hours, parts, and contractor tracking, as well as major renovation project management.

  • Invoices & Accounting: Automated generation of ~4,500 invoices annually, integrated with payroll and accounting systems, reducing errors and delays.

  • Dashboards & Reports: Real-time insights for management, including occupancy rates, rent collection, pending applications, revenues, and costs.

Key Integrations:

  • Website (RevRentals.ca): Rental listings automatically synced in real time.

  • Payroll Software: Streamlined HR and financial workflows.

  • HOPEM, email notifications, and tenant forms for complete operational connectivity.

The ERP consolidated all functions into a single system, replacing multiple scattered tools. This not only reduced errors but also gave leadership visibility into performance metrics, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making.
